These terms apply when you create an account or use DARUOM.
The service
DARUOM uses AI to help develop content ideas. Results can be wrong, incomplete or resemble existing expression. You must check facts, rights, advertising requirements and suitability before publishing.
Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your password and take responsibility for account activity. Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, infringe others or use it for unlawful content.
Your content
You keep rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service. Do not upload material you are not allowed to use.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. DARUOM is a creative tool, not legal, financial or professional advice.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after updated terms take effect may require renewed acceptance. Contact us if anything is unclear.
Age and safe use
You must be at least 18 to create an account or use DARUOM. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing content, automated abuse, limit circumvention, or personal data you have no right to process.
AI output and rights
AI output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of originality, accuracy, performance or rights clearance. The same or similar output may be generated for others. You are responsible for human review before publishing, including copyright, trade marks, privacy, advertising and platform rules.
You retain rights you hold in your material. The permission granted to DARUOM and necessary providers is limited to processing, transmitting and temporarily storing it to provide, secure and support the service. DARUOM does not use it to train its own AI models.
Governing law and consumer rights
Norwegian law applies to the extent it can be agreed. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. Disputes are handled by a competent court, and consumers may use available public complaint bodies.
